General

Each user of the site (hereinafter "Customer") must respect what is written in the Terms & Conditions.

The Domain Name "harris-hotel.gr" (hereinafter "Website") corresponds to the electronic reservation system for viewing and booking rooms and apartments of the company HOTEL HARRIS SA, with the Distinguishing Title "Harris Hotel" [A.F.M. 800225983, G.E.MI. 123181242000 and Operation Notification Number ________________________] (hereinafter "Company"), with its registered office in Anaxos, Petras Lesvos, P.K. 81109 and phone +302253042221.

Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions implies their application in their entirety and constitute the contract between the Company and the Customer. The Customer waives the right to invoke a contradiction in the entirety of the text.

The Terms & Conditions are subject to change, however the terms stated on the date the booking was entered apply to each Customer booking. These changes are binding on users of the Website after they are posted and do not apply to past transactions.

Accommodation Availability

Reservations are made exclusively by adult customers who have a valid Identity Card or Passport.

Accommodations displayed on the Site are available until fully booked.

The Company undertakes to notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail in the event that he has registered a booking request for unavailable accommodation. In the case of a credit or proof of reservation document with unavailable accommodation, the Company undertakes to propose replacing the unavailable accommodation with another of equal or greater value or alternatively by refunding the amount of the value of the unavailable accommodation to the Customer's Bank Account (any bank charges the customer).

Presentation of the Places

The accommodation available for booking is described and presented in the most detailed way possible. The Customer undertakes to have knowledge of the description of each space in order to know the basic characteristics. The Customer undertakes to be informed before registering the reservation. The selection and reservation of an accommodation is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

However, if there is any difference in relation to the presentation of the accommodation, the Company bears no responsibility. Each customer is requested to inform the Customer Service of any error detected in the characteristics of the accommodation.

Create Account

The Customer can create a customer account before making his first reservation. You will need to complete the registration form, including the following information: email address, phone number, surname, first name, date of birth and ID or Passport number. At this point, the Customer creates his account password, which is personal and can only be used by him. Avoid disclosure to third parties.

The Customer undertakes to provide complete and accurate information. Any impersonation or misrepresentation may result in account termination and criminal prosecution. Multiple entries, use of the account by other persons, or other fraudulent actions, may result in account deactivation.

The Customer acknowledges that he is able to commit and make the reservation of accommodation offered on the website.

Lease Amounts

Prices are given in Euros including all local taxes. If there is a change in the VAT rate from the moment the order is placed until the moment of its invoicing, the change is included in the price of the products without prior notification to the Customer. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products are always priced at the price in effect at the time of booking.

The prices are calculated based on any discounts that have been made available. Processing, special order, transport and food costs are not included and will be charged extra. The requested payment for the Customer concerns the total amount of the order which includes the costs in question.

The tax documents are issued by the Company and delivered to the Customer upon departure.

Reservation

A Customer interested in an accommodation rented through the Website follows the procedure below to complete their booking.

-Selects the arrival and departure dates.

-He chooses the desired accommodation, and fills in his personal details.

-In the reservation summary, check the details of his reservation with the possibility of modification, of the details.

-If the Customer benefits from a special offer, first enter the code that has been sent in the special field for this purpose.

-Selects the payment method.

- The reservation is definitively and irrevocably confirmed after receiving confirmation (by phone or e-mail) from a representative of the Company. Every confirmed reservation implies a payment obligation by the Customer.

-When payment via Bank is selected during the reservation process, a confirmation email is sent with the final amount of the reservation and the accommodation is reserved for up to 7 working days. After this period of time and if the reservation amount has not been paid, it is canceled and the accommodation is released.

The Customer must verify the accuracy of the booking and report any errors immediately.

The Customer who has already completed a reservation on the Website can choose a password that will allow him, in subsequent reservations, to avoid re-filling the personal information form.

The registered customer is recognized by the Website if he has accepted the corresponding cookies. The customer's password is strictly personal and confidential. It must under no circumstances be shared or disclosed to third parties.

In the event that the Customer loses or forgets the password, he can request to reset it through the relevant "Forgot my Password" link located on the login page. In this case and for identification reasons, the email address that was declared during the registration of the first order should be given in order for the system to send an email to reset the password.

If the Customer no longer has access to the above email address, they should contact Customer Service in order to request a change of their account email address.

In any case, after resetting the password, any old password ceases to be valid.

Responsibility

For all stages of accessing the Website, navigating, filling in forms, ordering, shipping or any other service, the Company bears no responsibility for any wear and tear resulting from the use of the Internet, and which are foreign to care and attention her. In particular, it bears no responsibility for any interference in the provision of the service, or any malicious external interference or the presence of a virus. Also, any event characterized as force majeure in the sense given to it by jurisprudence completely exempts the Company from any responsibility.

Copyright

All elements of the Website, visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright law and are the property of the Company or its partners and suppliers. Any hypertext link that refers to the Website mainly using the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep-linking technique is expressly prohibited in any case. In any case, any link, even if implicitly permitted, must be removed upon simple request from the Company.

Cookies

The Company counts the number of pages you have visited as well as the number of visits to the Website and the frequency of visits, using "cookies" technology.

A cookie enables the identification of the Customer. It stores information about the navigation on the Customer's computer on the Company's Website (the pages you visited, the day and time of the visit, etc.) which we can read during your next visits. The data collected by the cookies are intended exclusively for internal purposes and are not disclosed to third parties.

The use of cookies, your own or those of third parties, which are not necessary for the use of the Website, requires the express consent of the Customer. You can express your consent or your opposition to the use of cookies by your browser by setting it appropriately. If cookies are not accepted, your experience while browsing the Website will not be optimal as some of the services may malfunction.

Some cookies called "advertising cookies" allow us to track your browsing and record the products you have viewed. Then, within a maximum of 90 days, we may present you with advertising messages related or not to the content of the previous navigation. Cookies are linked to the Customer's profile (without the need for identification). Your express consent is also required in the same manner as indicated above.

Coupons

Vouchers have a unique code. They are non-refundable and only one can be used per booking.

Offers

It is not offset against other offers that discount the price listed on the Website during the offer period.

Warranty & Safety

The security of the space is provided by the Company in cooperation with an insurance company, and covers what is mentioned on a case-by-case basis.
